Cornubia Loop via Wallum Froglet, Spangled Drongo and Birdwing SDW T3 F3

This is a multi use trail, but we shouldn’t encounter too many bikes during the week. The Cornubia Forest Nature Refuge is a lush forest that provides habitat for koalas, bandicoots, water dragons, wallabies, greater gliders and at least 50 species of native birds. The loop is 9.7 km long with an elevation rise of 235 mt. There is a link from West Mt Cotton Road which will add another 1.6km if it’s not already included in the All trails description. Bring water and morning tea. The entry is on the same side of the road as Venman Reserve, not too far past it.
