Memorial Walk for Laurel Santry Founder of Redlands Bushwalking Club

Laurel was the founder of the Redlands Bushwalking Club.
Even in Laurel’s illness she was still thinking of others and planned this walk and wanted to take part in it with the club.
Laurel, Rob and a few friends did the trial walk and had a lovely night. It is the anniversary of her passing on the 17th of April.
We decided to commemorate her with this walk because of her love of the bushwalking club and walking.
Plan:
Meet 5.15pm Friday, April 11th at Mowbray Park Car Park, East Brisbane.
5.33pm catch the City Cat disembarking at Maritime Museum/SouthBank station.
5.46pm take a leisurely walk to the German Club 416 Vulture St Kangaroo Pt
6.30pm Diner at German Club – Its Awesome – Toast a toast to Laurel, Redlands Bushwalk Club Founder
