Kinnanes abseil 6. February.
Kinnanes falls is open and exposed. There are 3 abseils, one short one and two about 50meter drops. The walk in is pretty steep but short. Walk out is a short walk along the creek.
The views as we descend are breathtaking.
Waterproofing the packs is essential. Bring your own abseil gear or let us know if you need club equipment.
Bring a wetsuit and warm clothes, peaked cap to wear under the helmet, water, morning tea and lunch. Some abseil experience necessary.
Meet at Boonah toilet block 6:45am.
